Cocktail Party Unveiled Orianne Collin’s Jewelry Collection

Miami, FL  (Oct 15, 2015) –It was a spectacular night for Orianne Collins and Julian Chang on Thursday night at the Cocktail Party unveiling of Collin’s new collection.  At the Fendi Casa, guests mingled and gathered around, googly eyed over the beautiful jewels and dresses.  Models wandered around gracefully in Julian Chang’s beautiful dresses, accompanied by Orianne Collin’s exquisite jewelry, demonstrating the most elegant way to wear pieces from both collections.

Orianne Collins Mejjati,  grew up and studied in Switzerland. First attracted by a career in design, she finally chose International Management studies and obtained her degree at the age of 19. She worked for a Capital Venture Company, as Marketing and Communication Manager. In 1994, She opens her own Communication and Events Company O-Com S.A. In 2000, She and Phil Collins founded the Little Dreams Foundation. Its mission is to fulfil the dreams of these young talents, weither handicapped or not, within the 3 Dream Worlds which structure the Foundation; music, sport and art, special project. “Little Dreams” helps the children by supporting them with personalized formation and supervision allowing them to put all thechances of success on their side in order to potentially advance towards a professional career and live off their passion. In 2008, she opened 3 OC CONCEPT STORES in St-Tropez, New York and Courchevel. She designed her first pieces for Little Dreams Foundation with prestigious firm Van Cleef and Arpels in 2006, then she chose to pursue her talents building her own brand.

Known for his bold prints and signature silhouettes, Julian Chang has become one of fashion’s most celebrated designers to emerge from Miami. Born and raised in Lima, Peru he moved to America and graduated from the Miami International University of Art and Design with a BA in Fashion Design. Inspired by Miami’s lifestyle and travel, Julian’s designs have been worn by Britney Spears and Gloria Estefan, and featured in publications such as Cosmopolitan, Lucky, Vogue, and Vanidades. Esteemed accolades include Miami International Fashion Week Pret-a-Porter Designer of the Year, Ebenzer Award of Honor World Fashion in Korea, and The Key to The City of Miami Beach. Women’s Wear Daily selected Chang as the “Up and Coming Ready-to-Wear Designer to Watch”. Today Julian Chang has grown into an international brand that offers in-demand women’s apparel and is highlighted in over 600 high-end boutiques across the United States as well as internationally.

 

  

At the event, pieces from both Collin’s and Chang’s collection were available for sale.
